Hey everyone, so just thought i'd let you know how things went~ well, they went really well... the opening ceremony at the hotel was awesome. i pretty much got treated like a celebrity, just cuz anyone who's mother tongue is english is treated that way here... but the baseball players thought i was some kind of celeb announcer and were asking my friend if they could get a pic... haha, that was pretty funny... the closing ceremony was a bit crazier... the final game was korea vs. japan.. and korea was winning 4-2 at the top of the ninth, but then the pitcher let 2 homers go, and we lost 5-4 in the 10th... so needless to say, everyone was crushed, and the spectators all wanted to go home... i mean, i wouldn't have wanted to stay for the awards ceremony either... so anyway, it was pure craziness since all of the awards were decided on last minute, so i had to get the script ready in like a total of 3 minutes... anyway, but it was good, definitely an awesome experience and something to put on the good ol' resume~
so thanks for the support, u guys helped a LOT!

Way to go Jo!!! That's such an awesome opportunity. I would have LOVED to do that. Its too bad Brian couldn't come to the event...he loves baseball and that would have been a cool experience for him. But you two will have to meet up soon!!
And on that note..Hagen, do they treat you like a celebrity o chopstick god. Tell Jess and Jo THAT story.
Congratulations, Jo! Your career is really picking up, and you deserve it.
