birthday posting more work then i thought

well, after about 2.5 hours of training myself on how to manipulate HTML this morning, i've gotten this far in posting our b-days(as you can see in the sidebar).

for people who don't have a b-day on the sidebar, its b/c i need your date ;). just e-mail it to me and i'll put it right now there.

man, that was way more frustrating then i thought it would be though......i kept getting these stupid "no data" messages everytime i tried to republish my changes to make it work...and every time i got THAT i freaked b/c i thought i'd deleted all the info on our blog or something....jesus. (it turns out that was NOT what was happening, there was just an error that i had to figure out and fix.....but that message scared the crap out of me multiple times)

i'm going to keep working on it too....i want there to be 2 columns for our b-days...one with the names, as they are displaying right now, the second column with just our b-days across from our names. But, that second part is proving to be more compliacated then i initally thought.

for now, i have to get ready to go to class, so i prob won't get back to working on that section of the blog till later this week.

oi.

at least i didn't delete the blog.

yay! thanks steph!

I think it's looking fabulous.

I think Mark's birthday is June 15th, but he'll have to confirm that for you.

Does lelah still keep up w/ the blog? I haven't seen her since it began.

And hmm, it looks like Blogspot has started taking steps to decrease automated anonymous comments by requiring you type a word verification. Yay Blogspot!

YAY STEPH!!!! You are the champion of blogging!!!!!!!

Bri's is White Day. And pi day. But you should refer to March 14th solely as white day....it makes him happy to share a birthday with a Japanese holiday where he's supposed to give OTHER PEOPLE presents.

i don't know what the deal is in japan, but in Korea valentine's day is when a girl gives the guy she likes a gift... and white day is when the guy gives the girl he likes a gift... and then april 14th is black day, when all the singletons get together and go to chinese restaurants and eat black noodles together... when u see people at the restaurant eating black noodles or "jjajang-myeon" u know their single, and that's free reign to hit on them, hehe~

HAHAHAHA...White Day shall follow you to Korea too. AND you have to get me presents there even if I don't get you one cause I don't really like you. I'm marrying you for the.......ummmm...right. I guess I must really like you then.

Also...despite singleness....make it a point to NOT eat black noodles on April 14. Or at least make sure Jo teaches you to say "no touchie" first
