further proof that KCRW is the best radio station in LA (and possibly, the world)

oh, and fyi
the radio program that really makes the station is called Morning Becomes Eclectic, which airs my time from 9am-12noon weekdays (add 2 hours for CST; listen online by Simulcast or Music) If you're listening to the streaming Music broadcast, MBE repeats at 4:43-7:30pm (again, add 2 hrs if you're a Madisonian)
for people who like discovering new music, this program is a MUST.
oh yeah! you can also get the live show of the Decemberists that they did in May! Just seach the site for Decemberists . . .it'll come up.

i was right abt a live set by the Decemberists in May; you see, there were 2 live tapings of the Decemberists--that's just how cool KCRW is.
It's just you can't watch the one done in May like you can the Apr taping; the May show was for the program Sounds Eclectic, while the April show was for Morning Becomes Eclectic.
AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH...Jessica Turner...you are once again my hero for the day for telling me about that. I'll have to make sure Brian knows about that....since he never got to see them live....and I feel partly responsible.
